Placed an online order with first and last name under my moms name. She went in and they gave her a phone in order with the same first name and had to pay for it. I called and spoke to a manager who was rude and tried to put the blame on my mother for not specifying it was an online order. She gave her first and last name and was still given the wrong order. Very upset that the manager tried to put the blame on her instead of taking responsibility for the mistake. Other managers at other locations have always been accommodating when a mistake has been made.
